Agreement to Terms

By using TitanTow Diamond Bar Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

Services Provided

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Diamond Bar, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services. The specific service you receive will depend on your situation and vehicle needs.

We make every effort to arrive quickly and handle your vehicle with care, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times or outcomes. Road conditions, traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control may affect service delivery.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services provided at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and current market rates.

Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, specialized equipment, difficult recoveries, or storage. You will be informed of any additional charges before we proceed with the service whenever possible.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authority to request towing for that vehicle. You are responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before or during the towing process.

You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the situation. If you provide incorrect information that results in delays or additional costs, you may be responsible for those extra charges.

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance and take professional care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage that occurs due to the nature of your vehicle or the recovery situation itself.

We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. You should remove all valuables before towing. If your vehicle is stored at our facility or a designated location, standard storage terms and daily rates apply.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel a service request after our truck has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee covers the time and fuel spent responding to your call. If you cancel before dispatch, no fee applies in most cases.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss the situation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect costs that may result from your vehicle breakdown or our service.

Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter directly. Most issues can be settled through friendly communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
